Harlem Renaissance Inspired COVID Wedding | La Cosa Bella Events | Wedding Planner

When we were contacted by the Bride’s Aunt to help plan a tented wedding event for her niece, Olivia, and Olivia’s fiance, Tiraq, we instantly took up the 30-day planning challenge. Like many 2020 couples Olivia and Tiraq had to come up with a back up plan due to COVID. We hope when you look at photos  you would never guess that there was such a short planning timeline!

The couple wanted a Harlem Renaissance inspired wedding with a lot of black & white with gold touches. Their reception tables were decorated with textured white linens, black napkins, black goblets, and gold Chiavari chairs with black padded seats for a dramatic and chic look.

Olivia was stunning in her gown with a lace bodice, and tulle mermaid silhouette, and her bridesmaids in black complimented her look. Tiraq and his groomsmen donned black tuxes to round out a sophisticated bridal party.

You cannot pull off a quickly planned outdoor wedding without having a dedicated planner and great clients who were super responsive.
This was such a fun Wedding Party!  So happy that we were able to give them a beautiful and memorable wedding day.
